Big news for pickleball lovers on Vancouver Island!
We’ve already broken ground on our four professional-grade pickleball courts at Pacific Playgrounds Oceanside RV Resort in the Comox Valley. These will be the most premium courts in the Comox Valley and on Vancouver Island, featuring Laykold’s tour-certified surface (the same used at the US Open) with advanced force reduction technology that’s easier on your joints.
Why are we investing so heavily? Because we believe in creating more than just a place to play. We want a welcoming space where families, friends, and visitors of all ages come together, build lasting friendships, stay active longer, and enjoy unforgettable oceanside vacations.
To celebrate this project, we’re launching a special four-part blog series that dives deep into what makes pickleball so special, and why our new courts will set a new standard for the Comox Valley and Vancouver Island.
