Here are some important details we’d like you to read before you book your stay by clicking the button at the bottom of this page.

 

 

Check in / Check out

  • RV Sites: Check in is 1:00 pm, Check out is 11:00 am
  • Cottage and RV Rentals: Check in is 4:00 pm, Check out is 10:00 am

No minors under 19 years of age are allowed to rent any Cottage, RV Rental, or RV site. An adult must make the reservation and be present during the stay.

Cottages and RV Rentals

  • Rates are based on occupancy of 4 people, up to a maximum of 6
  • No sleeping tents are allowed
  • 1 gazebo tent is allowed
  • Additional charge per person over 4 is $10.00 per night per person, children under 6 are free
  • No exceptions will be made
  • Pacific Playgrounds welcomes well-behaved dogs, although cats are not allowed in our lodgings.

Cottages and RV Rentals are Non-Smoking. There is a minimum fee of $1,000.00 charged for smoking inside our Cottages or RV Rentals.
Visitors are welcome however must vacate the Resort by 11:00 PM.

RV Sites

If RV on the site:

  • Rates are based on occupancy of 4 people, up to a maximum of 6
  • 1 RV per site and 1 small tent to sleep no more than 2 people
  • 1 gazebo tent is allowed
  • Additional charge per person over 4 is $10.00 per night per person, children under 6 are free
  • No exceptions will be made

If a sleeping tent is on the site:

  • Rates are based on occupancy of 4 people, up to maximum of 6
  • 1 sleeping tent is allowed
  • 1 gazebo tent is allowed
  • Additional charge per person over 4 is $10.00 per night per person, children under 6 are free
  • No exceptions will be made

Cancellation Fees

Stay-in-Place RV Rentals

  • $250 deposit required at time of booking, plus $5 booking fee
  • 30 days or more prior to arrival – $5 booking fee retained
  • 14–29 days prior to arrival – $50 fee plus $5 booking fee retained
  • 13 days or less prior to arrival – No Refund

Bring Your Own RV Sites

  • $50 deposit required at time of booking, plus $5 booking fee
  • 15 days or more prior to arrival – $5 booking fee retained
  • 8–14 days prior to arrival – $25 fee plus $5 booking fee retained
  • 7 days or less prior to arrival – No Refund

Cottages

  • $250 deposit required at time of booking, plus $5 booking fee
  • 30 days or more prior to arrival – $5 booking fee retained
  • 14–29 days prior to arrival – $50 fee plus $5 booking fee retained
  • 13 days or less prior to arrival – No Refund

Additional Policies

Pets are welcome and must always be kept on a leash. We provide ‘dog waste bags’ to assist you with cleaning up after them. Please ensure they don’t cause a disturbance to other guests.

The pool is for REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY.

  • There is no lifeguard on duty
  • No food, drinks, or pets are allowed in the pool area
  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult

No boats, boats trailers, or utility trailers are to be parked at the Cottages, RV Rentals, or RV sites. There is parking at the back of the resort that these can accommodate this.

No additional RV may be parked at the Cottages, RV Rentals or RV Sites whether occupied or not.

Campfires & Propane Fire Pits: Wood-burning fires are permitted at Pacific Playgrounds and fire rings are provided at campsites. Keep the fire within the fire ring and ensure someone remains with it at all times. Extinguish your fire completely before leaving your site. If Resort staff need to extinguish a fire, a $150 charge will be added to the reservation. You’re also welcome to bring your own propane fire pit, and propane is available for purchase at our Beachcomber Store. Please turn it off before leaving your site or retiring for the evening. Never leave any type of fire unattended. All fires must be out by 11:00 p.m.

Fireworks are prohibited in the Resort. It is critical to adhere to this regulation as it has been been put in place to prevent accidents, injuries, and fires.

Disruptive behaviour that causes a disturbance to other guests will not be tolerated, this includes loud music and excessive partying. The registered guest is responsible for the conduct of people on site.

No refunds or credits will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

Management can refuse service to anyone for violating our Resort rules, destructive behaviour, or creating a disturbance. Anyone who fails to comply with our regulations will be required to vacate the Resort.
