What is the Oasis Area?
The Oasis is our adults-only area, a quiet, relaxing space for guests who want to unwind. It can also be reserved for gatherings.
Is the Resort wheelchair accessible?
The public washrooms are wheelchair accessible.
Is there after-hours help, and who do I call?
We have Camp Hosts available after hours to assist our guests. Their contact information is displayed on a sign posted on the general office door after hours.
Do you sell propane or offer propane exchange?
Yes. We offer propane tank exchange on site. See the Bring Your Own RV page for more information.
What does the on-site store (Beachcomber Store) sell?
Our Beachcomber Store stocks everyday essentials, snacks, ice, specialty coffee, fishing tackle, and over 20 flavours of ice cream, as well as children’s toys, pickleball equipment, and candy.
Is there a lifeguard at the pool?
No. There is no lifeguard on duty, so please swim at your own risk and supervise children carefully. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can visitors or non-guests use the pool?
Our pool is for registered guests only. There is no lifeguard on duty. Food, drinks, and pets are not permitted in the pool area, and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the pool open in early spring (for example March)?
Our pool is seasonal and does not open until the May long weekend (the weekend that includes the Monday preceding May 25), so it is not open in March. It stays open through to Canadian Thanksgiving (the second Monday in October), weather permitting.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, our main pool is heated. The kiddie wading pool is not heated. Both are seasonal, so please see “Is the pool open all year round?” for opening and closing dates.
Do you have laundry facilities?
Yes. We have coin-operated laundry machines available for guests. Change can be obtained at the office or the general store.
