What is included in a long-term rental, and what costs extra?

RV Sites have power, water, sewer are available on each site. Power is billed to the site based on usage. WiFi costs $30 per month, plus tax. Are pets allowed on long-term stays?

Dogs are welcome at the Resort but must be kept on a leash. For pet arrangements for a long-term stay, please contact us at 1 250 337-5600 to discuss your situation.

Can I stay for the full winter season as a snowbird?

Yes. Vancouver Island’s mild winters make us a popular snowbird destination. Winter and seasonal stay details are arranged directly with our team, so please contact us to discuss your needs and plans. You can also read more about long term Winter stays on the Snowbirds page.

What long-term options are available?

Do you have year-round RV sites?

We offer full-service RV Sites for seasonal and long-term stays. For year-round or winter availability, please contact us at 1 250 337-5600. We don’t offer yearly RV Rental Sites.
